Details
Happy Hearts Czech is a non-profit organization focused on rebuilding schools and educational infrastructure in regions affected by natural disasters. Founded as a branch of the international Happy Hearts Fund, the organization operates with a mission to restore hope and provide safe, resilient educational environments for children who have lost their schools due to catastrophic events.
Challenge
Celebrating 20 years of impactful work, Happy Hearts faced the challenge of capturing two decades of dedication and growth with a fresh, meaningful identity. Inspired by the butterfly effect theory, we developed a creative concept centered around the transformative power of a single action creating a ripple of change. This concept guided the logo and communication facelift, symbolizing the organization’s ongoing mission to rebuild lives and communities through education. To bring this vision to life, the updated identity was unveiled at a charity gala in June 2024, with a focus on elegance and symbolism. This event marked the beginning of a year-long celebration that will culminate in 2025, highlighting the profound impact of Happy Hearts’ work over the past 20 years and reinforcing their message of hope and transformation.
Goal
The goal was to elevate Happy Hearts' visual identity and communication to resonate with their mission and attract new, relevant supporters. We aimed to create a modern, impactful visual presence that would reflect the organization’s transformative work while appealing to potential donors and partners. The refreshed concept, centered around the butterfly effect, successfully brought new energy to the brand, capturing both hearts and attention. As a result, Happy Hearts has not only strengthened its existing supporter base but has also attracted new advocates who resonate with the organization’s vision for lasting change through education.
Result
The result was a cohesive campaign visual identity built around the elegant and symbolic butterfly theme. This visual was woven into all aspects of communication throughout the year, creating a unified and impactful presence across every platform. We developed key visuals and a refreshed charity facelift, complete with comprehensive communication guidelines and strategy. The new identity not only amplified the impact of Happy Hearts’ message but also ensured consistency in every touchpoint, enhancing recognition and engagement with current and future supporters.
